The technique of bicortical implantation allows placing implants regardless of the degree of bone atrophy and the presence of teeth. Each implant is fixed in two places of the cortical bone. This bone has a high degree of mineralization and stability, it can be immediately loaded.

Indications for Strategic Implant ® :
Partial or complete absence of teeth, or when fixed bridge prostheses are required
An unsuccessful procedure for the installation of 2-stage implants or bone augmentation
All types of bone atrophy (from mild to severe)
Treatment is possible in smoking patients with the same chances of success
Treatment for diabetes and other serious diseases that slow down the healing process.
Contraindications:
Long-term oral or intravenous treatment with bisphosphonates
Cases when it is impossible to ensure bilateral uniform chewing, for example, when chewing muscles or their innervation is partially absent. However, with an individual approach, experienced surgeons can conduct treatment.
INDICATIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

For 4 years, the Simpladent clinic has been replacing implants free of charge
(in case of rejection, since the implantation of established implants depends on the patient's body) and replacement of the orthopedic structure at a significantly reduced cost.
Please note that in order to maintain the warranty period, regular check-ups at the Simpladent clinic are required.
POSSIBLE TREATMENT AND COST
Simpladent treatment allows you to save time and money not because of the use of cheap implants and non-original accessories for them, but because of the use of advanced modern and effective technology. When compared with traditional methods, the cost of treatment is approximately two-thirds of the 2-stage treatment due to fewer visits to the clinic, fewer stages and faster completion of treatment. The final cost of individual treatment is determined after providing x-rays and medical documentation to the attending physician and informing him of individual wishes.

the crown is fixed in the first 2-3 days;
depending on the situation , two types of crowns can be used:

INSTALLATION OF IMPLANTS ON A SEGMENT
FROM 3RD TO 5TH STRATEGIC IMPLANT® TEETH:
installation of implants is possible immediately after removal of affected teeth;
crowns are fixed in the first 2-3 days;
when restoring a segment (3-5 teeth), it is recommended to install zirconium dioxide or metal-ceramic (permanent) dental bridges;
the structure is fixed on permanent Japanese Fuji+ cement;
* the cost of the crown is calculated additionally depending on the materials
